About me
Clinical Psychologist · Architect of Wellbeing
I am a clinical psychologist with specialized training in psychiatric disorders, emotional regulation and psychological adaptation processes across the lifespan.
I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating complex emotional processes, psychiatric diagnoses, or significant life transitions, working from a clinical, ethical, and evidence-based perspective.
My work integrates cognitive-behavioral, rational emotive behavioral, and contextual models, adapting each therapeutic process to the individual’s personal history, family context, and current life circumstances.
My clinical approach
I have extensive experience providing psychological support to individuals with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, anxiety disorders and personality-related difficulties, in coordination with medical and psychiatric treatment when required.
My therapeutic style is structured, compassionate, and approachable. I prioritize emotional safety, clinical clarity and the development of practical tools that support emotional stability and long-term wellbeing.
I understand therapy as a space of both containment and direction: a place to make sense of emotional experience while building more sustainable ways of living, relating and caring for oneself.

Psychological approaches
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):
A brief, evidence-based therapy focused on identifying automatic thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress, and transforming them into more realistic and functional perspectives. CBT also addresses the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT):
A form of CBT developed by Albert Ellis, based on the idea that it is not events themselves that affect us, but how we interpret them. REBT helps identify and challenge irrational beliefs (such as “I must be perfect” or “I need everyone’s approval”) and replace them with healthier, more flexible alternatives.
Both approaches are active, collaborative and goal-oriented, and are particularly helpful if you are seeking practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, sadness, anger, insecurity, grief, relationship difficulties or life transitions.
These approaches are particularly effective for individuals seeking structured, evidence-based support in moments of emotional distress or life transition.
Care for International and Expatriate Patients
An important part of my practice focuses on supporting expatriates and international families navigating cultural adaptation, migration and identity transitions.
I offer psychological care in English and Spanish, both in person and online, with an approach that is sensitive to the emotional, relational and contextual challenges of living between countries, cultures and systems.
This work includes supporting children and adolescents in international settings, as well as adults experiencing personal, professional or family changes related to global mobility.
International Practice & Cultural Contexts
Integrating Clinical Psychology and Wellbeing Architecture
Wellbeing architecture
In addition to individual clinical practice, I develop wellbeing projects with a social and community focus, particularly in areas related to caregiver support and women’s mental health.
This expanded perspective has shaped my professional identity as an architect of wellbeing: a way of understanding mental health not only from an individual perspective, but also from relational, community and structural dimensions.
From this standpoint, I seek to build bridges between clinical psychology and social impact, contributing to the design of wellbeing models that are more accessible, sustainable and sensitive to the Mexican context.
